Purpose of Fund
The purpose of the Fund shall be strictly for the Community Development Block Grant Community Focus Fund grant program for the Doe Creek Lift Station Wastewater Improvement Project in the Town of Cloverdale. . If the grant program is unsuccessful, the purpose of the Fund shall be strictly to benefit the Town of Cloverdale, a municipality in Putnam County, Indiana.
