Purpose of Fund
The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide income to support the upkeep and maintenance of the historic Russellville Cemetery, Putnam County, Indiana. If the income is greater than is needed for the aforementioned purpose, the remainder may be used for similar causes as identified by the Hebron Cemetery Board.
