Purpose of Fund
The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide income to support learning activities for young women, residents of Putnam County and/or attending a Putnam County school, between and starting with grades 6 through 12. These learning activities shall include proper conduct as an individual in preparation for careers, parenting, community development and leadership. Individual responsibility is to be emphasized and ethics is to be included as an integral part of the learning experience. If at any time the authorized payout is not used for its original intended purpose, the payout shall be forwarded to the Putnam County Library.
