Purpose of Fund
The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide income to support the programs and operation of the Greencastle/Putnam County Economic Development Center as identified by the Board of Directors. Should the Greencastle/ Putnam County Economic Development Center cease to exist, income will be directed to those causes directly related to economic development within Putnam County.
