Purpose of Fund
The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide financial support to charitable community projects and local charities as suggested by the Founding Contributors and approved by the Board of Directors of the Foundation.

In the event that the Founding Contributors are unwilling and unable to advise this Fund, the earnings from this fund are to be used as follows:

1. To support the Norwegian Elkhound Association for Rescue and Education, Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
2. To support capital improvements for covered bridges in Putnam and Parke Counties, Indiana.
3. To support Putnam County and Parke County, Indiana adults and youth seeking career training or retraining. Preference would be given to persons seeking trade school, community colleges, and specific career tracks.
