The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide financial support for an annual holiday dinner for clients of Comprehensive Service, Inc.

History of Fund

The Glen Scaggs family has provided a Holiday banquet complete with Santa Claus, presents and program for the clients of Comprehensive Services, Inc. for a remarkable 27 years. In 2006, his family and friends took the tradition to a new level by setting up a fund at the Community Foundation. "Dad took great pride in doing it every year," said his daughter Becky. "He had a big heart for physically and mentally handicapped people." Scaggs was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose for 22 years before his death. He served in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1956.
