Purpose of Fund
The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to hold contributions made by the Grantor and others and to disburse the earnings to provide funds to Human Service Organizations to assist them in carrying out their work. Disbursements will be made at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Putnam County Community Foundation to those organizations which the Directors determine meet the above criteria and will, in fact, apply the funds to the needs of the homeless and hungry.
