Karl and Amanda Reiblich Memorial Fund for
Putnam County Youth Development CommissionReiblich family

Year Founded

1995

Purpose of Fund

Provide financial support for the programs and activities of the Putnam County Youth Development Commission.

History of Fund

Karl and Amanda retired to Putnam County in 1987 after successful careers in Baltimore and the Washington DC area. Amanda grew up in Hendricks County and Karl's family owned property in the area; thus they found their way to Putnam County and called it "home". Karl and Amanda immediately became active members in several community organizations; giving generously of their time and talents.

Karl and Amanda created endowments that support the organizations they hold dear: Area 30 Vocational School, Putnam County Youth Development Commission, and the Putnam County Hospital. The Reiblichs are perfect examples of two people, with no prior ties to this county, coming in and making a real difference.
