Purpose of Fund

The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide undergraduate student scholarships at DePauw University.

History of Fund

Henry B. Kolling was a professor emeritus of piano and music literature at DePauw University where he taught for 38 years, retiring May 28, 1967. Known for his kind wit, he was honored in April 1992 with a reception at the DePauw University Performing Arts Center, preceded by a DePauw Trio (formerly Aeolian Trio) performance, dedicated to him. Mr. Kolling was the pianist for the Aeolian Trio while on the faculty of the School of Music. He was a fellow at the Juilliard Graduate School of Music.
