Purpose of Fund
The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide scholarships to eligible graduates of South Putnam High School, Putnam County, Indiana who are graduates of Reelsville Elementary School to attend a regionally accredited college or university or a state approved professional, vocational, technical or business school full-time.
